architectural treasures and delights, both in the
Old City and outside its walls. Preservation of
these sites and their reconstruction will, together
with development of ancient streets, transform
them into centers of tourism, entertainment,
and shopping. This will enrich the experience
of visiting Jerusalem, making it an even more
